The past few training days have been completely messed up because of rain and our sleep (or lack of) schedule. This weekend we are making a trip to North Carolina, and further screwing up our training schedule. We were planning to run Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday this week, but Evan's schedule has already put him off a day. I did do my long run (from this past weekend) today, though. It went pretty well too. I stopped every mile and half for a drink and stretched at my halfway point. Tonight I ran 6 miles in 1:03:30. Pretty good, huh?
