Band practice was great today. I got all of my energy back and more from a great afternoon on the field. So, I was pumped by the time we got the track to run.
Even though our run was shorter today, I had a hard time. I'm still sore from Tuesday. Plus, today my feet were really tired and kept getting stitches in my side. I made it though. I think I ran about 2.5 -3 miles.
